    • Our decaffeinated coffee is created using the chemical-free liquid CO2 method, which retains all the flavors and aromas of the coffee beans. Green coffee beans are rinsed under high pressure with liquid CO2 at ambient temperature to release the caffeine, then the CO2 is boiled away, removing the caffeine.

    To Recycle Williams Sonoma Coffee Capsules

    • Remove aluminum covering from capsule, compost or discard used coffee grounds, rinse capsules and place in your recycling bin.
    • Alternatively, we've teamed up with TerraCycle to bring you a quick, easy option for recycling our coffee capsules. Simply place used capsules in a resealable plastic bag and drop them off at your local Williams Sonoma store.
