Use

• Designed to filter tap water only. Do not use water of unknown quality or water that has been microbiologically impaired.
• Do not fill water tank above "MAX" fill line to prevent overflow.
• Filtered water should be used within 3 days. If appliance is not used for more than 72 hours, drain water system. Follow instructions in user manual.
• If appliance is not used for extended period of time, remove filter, place it in clean plastic bag and store it in refrigerator.
• Orange light will appear on control panel when filter needs to be replaced (usually every 30 days/100L).

Care

• Unplug appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Hand-wash inner water tank, outer water tank and tank lid regularly. Always clean when filter is replaced and when appliance is not used for more than 2 weeks. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Hand-wash drip tray with soapy water. Rinse and allow to air-dry.
• Wipe housing, plug and power cord clean with damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or other liquid.
• Avoid using scouring pads, solvents and abrasives as they may cause damage.
• Do not clean in dishwasher.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
