A new addition to Breville's premium line of sous-vide cookers, the HydroPro™ Plus features a large color touchscreen and a unique digital needle probe that displays real-time core temperatures. Just insert the probe into meat, fish, vegetables, custard or eggs, and the built-in Sous Vide Toolbox™ guide calculates the ideal cooking time and temperature. Created in conjunction with PolyScience, the probe enables quick sous-vide delta cooking – a safe, innovative technique that uses a higher water temperature than the target temperature to cut down cooking time while delivering precise results. The HydroPro Plus stores the cooking and cooling time during each use, so you can transfer the data to the HACCP Manager™ App to keep a log of everything you make.

Care
- Disassemble by pulling off foot and removing impeller.
- Foot and impeller are top-rack dishwasher safe.
- Hand-wash clamp and holster with soapy water.
- Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth or sponge. Do not use abrasive cleansers as they may scratch housing or touchscreen.
- Do not immerse controls or touchscreen in water or other liquids.
- Do not place under running water.
- Use soft cloth to dry thoroughly before reassembling.
- To reassemble, place foot on firm surface and align impeller so it stands within foot. Place cooker on top of impeller, sliding leg down to meet foot. Align and apply firm downward force until foot clicks into place.
- To descale, prepare cleaning solution by pouring equal amounts of water and vinegar into bath. Secure cooker in bath and select "Descale cycle" under Help section in Settings menu.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Return Policy
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
