Accessory Details

• The Chef's Pan is crafted of enameled cast iron. Its lid helps retain heat and moisture and makes it ideal for slow-cooking and braising. Excels at making soup, stew, rice, caramelized onions, casseroles, gratins, lasagna and carnitas.
• The Glass Tray is crafted of heat-resistant borosilicate glass and does not transfer energy across zones, so it's ideal for cooking multiple items at once that have different requirements. Excels at dehydrating, air-frying and creating crispy-skinned fish.
• A set of three Metal Trays are crafted of aluminum for quick heating. The nonstick ceramic coating provides fast release and easy cleanup. The Metal construction prevents light from bottom oven lamps from reaching food, the dark color of the trays quickly absorbs light energy and transfers it to food. This versatile tray can function as a pizza pan, a frying pan, sauté pan and even as a griddle.
• The Egg Tray is crafted of aluminum for quick heating and its nonstick ceramic coating provides fast release and easy cleanup. USE

• Do not touch heat lamps.
  
  
• Use with Brava bakeware, which has been tested for full compatibility with oven. Other cookware may become damaged.
  

CARE

• Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning.
  
• Basic Cleaning: Wipe down oven after each use to prevent grease buildup. Use damp cloth or towel.
  
• Do not spray inside oven or allow water to gather inside oven. Use soap and wet cloth, or Seventh Generation cleaning spray or cleaning wipes.
  
• Deep Cleaning: We recommend using Astonish Oven and Cookware Cleaner or Bar Keepers Friend Liquid Cleanser. Do not use abrasive cleaning products like steel wool or harsh chemicals inside oven or on camera glass. Use clean, damp cloth to wipe off any cleaning residue.
  
• Crumb Tray: Slide tray out from under oven and dispose of crumbs and residue. Clean after every few uses to prevent buildup of grease and large particles.
  
• Lamps: Do not clean manually. Lamps self-clean every time they turn on. If something falls onto lamps, use Clean Lamp function to burn it off.
  
• Camera: After each use, gently wipe down camera glass with towel, rag or folded paper towel.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
