Breville Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro with Cutting Board and Mesh Baskets

A combination oven and air fryer, this versatile Breville workhorse is a space-saving addition to the kitchen. It's equipped with 13 cooking functions, including toast, proof, slow cook and dehydrate. The multitalented machine also features specialized settings for pizza and cookies as well as reheating and warming. The proprietary Element iQ® technology automatically adjusts the power for quick, even cooking, whether you're air-frying, baking, broiling or roasting. Convection and super convection modes provide ultra-fast, crispy results. Boasting a large 1-cu.-ft. nonstick interior, the oven comes with a bevy of accessories, including a pizza pan, baking pan, air-fry/dehydrate basket and three racks. Use

• Ensure oven has at least 4" of space on each side for adequate air circulation.
• Do not use without crumb tray in place.
• Avoid using utensils on nonstick interior.
• Exercise caution when using pans and dishes constructed of materials other than metal. If using ceramic or glass pans or dishes, ensure they are oven safe to prevent cracking.

Care

• Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning.
• Racks, pizza pan, baking pan, air-fry basket and crumb tray are dishwasher safe.
• Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers and scouring pads.
• Wipe interior clean with damp cloth. Do not touch or clean heating elements.
• Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth.
• Clean glass door with glass cleaner and damp cloth. Remove stubborn residue with soft plastic scouring pad.

Cutting Board

Use

Care

• Hand-wash with hot, soapy water.
• Do not soak or submerge in water.
• Dry thoroughly.
• Periodically apply food-safe mineral oil to prevent wood from drying out.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
