Use

• Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching nonstick surface.
• Do not use spray-on nonstick coatings as this will affect performance of nonstick surface on cooking plates.

Care

• Allow machine to cool before cleaning.
• Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers and scouring pads.
• To clean interior plates, remove crumbs or oil with paper towel or cloth. Hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
• Clean exterior of machine with damp cloth.
• Remove stubborn residue with nonabrasive plastic scouring pad or nylon washing brush.

Use

• Do not operate toaster without crumb tray in place.

Care

• Wipe housing with damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
