Innovative materials combine in a lush cover made from plastic bottles diverted from the ocean. Up to 100 plastic bottles collected by hand from coastlines, oceans and ocean-bound waterways* have been transformed into premium fabric to create a durable sleep surface that helps contribute to cleaner water. Pressure-relieving foams help ease aches and pains while also creating airflow throughout the mattress. Step-ups include maximum cooling with RIGHTTEMP™ Wave Foam and additional pressure relieving foams. All models are crafted with a lofty, quilted top, making them perfect for those who prefer a lifted feel and want rejuvenating sleep each and every night.

Care

• Spot-clean only.
• Apply baking soda to the soiled area, letting it stand for 15 minutes. Vacuum the area, repeating as needed, then allow to air-dry.
• Do not apply liquids to the mattress.
• In order to protect your mattress from stains and spills, we highly recommend using a mattress protector.

Shipping Information

For select items we offer a choice of delivery service options for one flat rate. These items will be denoted as either eligible for white glove or doorstep delivery.

White Glove delivery service we will call you in advance to schedule a delivery time. We will bring your order to any room in your home, unpack, assemble, then remove packaging materials.

Doorstep delivery service is available for select items at a lower rate and does not require a delivery appointment. With Doorstep delivery you are responsible for bringing the item into your home, assembling and disposal of packaging. Doorstep Delivery is only available if all items in the cart are eligible for doorstep.

Shipping Rates

With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items in your order can be delivered for a single flat rate. The exact shipping charges, are based on your shipping location and will be applied during checkout.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

For returns of items purchased from your Williams Sonoma Gift Registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later. View Full Returns Policy.

Williams Sonoma is compliant with California’s Retailer Take Back Program Legislation.

If you are having your mattress delivered, we will take back your old mattress and/or foundation at no additional cost.

• All delivery or set-up fees for the products being delivered still apply.
• For white glove delivery, the old mattress and/or foundation will be taken at delivery of your new mattress.
• For parcel shipments, we are happy to pick up your old mattress and/or foundation.  Please call us to schedule a pickup within 30 days of the delivery of your new mattress.
• Please note we may refuse to pick up the old mattress and/or foundation if it poses a health or safety risk.
