Use
- Caution: Unit gets very hot. Never touch cooking surface or lid while appliance is in use.
- Always use knob to lift and lower lid.
- Do not use metal utensils as they may damage nonstick cooking surface. Use heat-resistant nylon, wood or silicone utensils.
Care
- Unplug and allow to cool completely before cleaning.
- Hand-wash inner pot in warm, soapy water. To remove stubborn stains or residue, soak pot in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes before cleaning.
- Hand-wash lid, rice paddle and measuring cup in warm, soapy water.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents as they may damage exterior and nonstick cooking surface.
- Wipe exterior clean with slightly damp cloth.
- Do not submerge housing in water or other liquids.
- Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Store in cool, dry location.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
