    Month 1, Beehive Cheese Gift Crate

    • Seahive Cheese: Rubbed with local honey and sea salt, this semi-firm cow's milk cheese has a full-bodied taste with a fruity, sweet undertone. (12 oz.)
    • Apple-Walnut Smoked Cheese: This cow's milk cheese is cold-smoked in small batches using local walnut and slices of red apple. It has a subtly sweet and nutty flavor with a hint of smoke. (10 oz.)

    • Daniel Boulud Smoked Salmon: Silky, delicate fruitwood-smoked salmon is made from premium cuts of fresh Atlantic salmon. It's smoked by Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse in New York's Hudson Valley using recipes from Chef Daniel Boulud. (4 oz.)
    • Brillat-Savarin Cheese: This triple-cream cow's milk cheese is named after 19th-century gastronome and epicure Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. It features a white, bloomy rind with a buttery interior and hints of mushroom, nuts and truffles. (8 oz.)
    • Pork Pâté: Produced in small batches in France, this artisanal pâté is crafted according to tradition with the highest-quality pork, onions and spices. (5 oz.)

    Month 1, Beehive Cheese Gift Crate

    Receiving Instructions

    • Cheese and salami ship chilled. Upon receipt, store cheese in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.
    • Store salami in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
    • Store crackers, honey, dried figs and almonds at room temperature.

    Serving Instructions

    • Cheese is best enjoyed at room temperature.
    • Remove cheese from refrigerator 1–2 hours prior to serving. We recommend leaving cheese in packaging as it comes to room temperature to prevent oxidation, which may affect flavor.
    • Cut and set out only as much cheese as you plan to serve, returning remainder to refrigerator.
    • Cover leftover cheese in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.

    Month 2, Tour of France French Crate

    Receiving Instructions

    • Food ships chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store all unopened items in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 3 days. Do not freeze.
    • Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.

    Serving Instructions

    • To warm blinis, preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 8–10 minutes until just warm.
    • Cover leftover cheese in parchment paper and store in refrigerator. Plastic wrap is not recommended.

    • Upon receipt, store cheese in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.
    • Store vinegar, olive oil, spaghetti, pesto and olives at room temperature for up to 1 year. Once opened, store pesto and olives in refrigerator.

    Serving Instructions

    • Cheese is best enjoyed at room temperature.
