- Black Pepper Pâté: This country-style French pâté is expertly seasoned with black pepper. Serve it in or out of the terrine with salami. Delicious with a French baguette, Tuscan loaf or rustic bread, it pairs easily with a glass of cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, Gigondas or Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. (7 oz.)
- White Truffle Butter: Use this decadent spread to finish red meat, seafood, pasta, risotto, vegetables and mashed potatoes. It also makes a great addition to sauces. (3 oz.)
- Saucisson Sec French Salami: Rich and flavorful with exceptional balance, this French salami is handcrafted from a blend of pork, fresh garlic, sea salt and black peppercorns. The mix is stuffed in beef casing and cured for 30 days before being tied by hand. Sliced and combined with a French baguette, it pairs perfectly with a glass of Beaujolais, Brouilly or Saint-Émilion. (10–12 oz.)
- Jambon de Bayonne: This refined ham is the only variety that is salted with local spring water from Salies-de-Béarn. It's aged for 12 months to seal in the flavor before being sliced. The ham pairs wonderfully with a glass of Côtes du Rhône, Collioure, Chianti, rosé or malbec. (3 oz.)
Receiving Instructions
- Pâté, salami and ham ship chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store unopened pâté in refrigerator for up to 2 months. Once opened, enjoy within 10 days.
- Store unopened salami in refrigerator for up to 12 weeks. Once opened, cover in plastic wrap and enjoy within 7 days.
- Store unopened ham in refrigerator for up to 4 months. Once opened, cover in plastic wrap and enjoy within 10 days.
- Truffle butter ships frozen with gel packs to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 9 months or in refrigerator for up to 45 days. Once opened, enjoy within 10 days.
Serving Instructions
- Serve all components at room temperature.
- Black Pepper Pâté: Pork, pork liver, water, eggs, red burgundy wine, onions, nonfat dry milk, salt, black pepper, garlic, spices (nutmeg, coriander, caraway, allspice), aspic (water, gelatin, vinegar, brandy, salt, carrageenan).
- White Truffle Butter: Cultured butter, white truffle pieces, white truffle puree, white truffle extract, sea salt.
- Saucisson Sec French Salami: Pork, salt, dextrose, spices, lactic acid starter culture, sodium erythorbate, garlic, sodium nitrite, casing (beef, rice starch).
- Jambon de Bayonne: Pork, salt.
