    Receiving Instructions

    • Food ships chilled with gel/ice packs.
    • Upon receipt, immediately remove cheese, salami, ham, pâté and salmon from shipping container and store in refrigerator.
    • Store unopened cheese in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 5 days. Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.
    • Store unopened salami in refrigerator for up to 1 month or in freezer for up to 3 months. Once opened, enjoy within 1 week.
    • Store unopened ham in refrigerator for up to 4 months. Once opened, enjoy within 1 week.
    • Store unopened pâté in refrigerator for up to 1 month or in freezer for up to 6 months. Once opened, enjoy within 1 week.
    • Store unopened salmon in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in freezer for up to 3 months. Once opened, enjoy within 5 days.
    • Store unopened dried fruit, nuts, honeycomb and crackers at room temperature. Store unopened jam, mustard and olives at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator.

    Thawing Instructions

    • Thaw salami, pâté and salmon in refrigerator for 24–48 hours before serving.

    Serving Instructions

    • To experience full flavor of cheese, serve at room temperature. For optimal flavor and texture, remove cheese from refrigerator approx. 1 hour prior to serving. We recommend leaving cheese in packaging as it comes to room temperature to prevent oxidation, which may affect flavor.
    • Cut and set out only as much cheese as you plan to serve, returning unused amount to refrigerator.
    • Cover leftover cheese in parchment paper or waxed paper and store in refrigerator. We do not recommend using plastic wrap.

    • Hand-wash in warm, soapy water after each use.
