Today, Seghesio's Journeyman Meat Co. celebrates the family heritage using classic Italian techniques and the abundance of the local area. The company's irresistible products are hand prepared using premium San Lorenzo Ranch beef and the finest slow-aged heritage pork, time-honored recipes and flavorful seasonings. • Upon receipt, store unopened salumi at room temperature for up to 1 year. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 1 week.
• Store unopened snack sticks and beef jerky at room temperature for up to 6 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 1 week.
