RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Salmon roulade ships frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in freezer for up to 3 months. Once opened, wrap tightly, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Salmon roulade is best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Bring to room temperature just before serving. Eat shortly afterwards.
