Receiving Instructions

• Products ship chilled with ice/gel packs.
• Upon receipt, store unopened salmon in refrigerator for up to 1 month. Once opened, enjoy within 3 days.
• Store soppressata in refrigerator for up to 1 month. Once opened, enjoy within 2 weeks.
• Store cheese in in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 2 weeks.
• Store unopened maple syrup at room temperature for up to 2 years. Once opened, store in refrigerator.
• Store unopened crispbread at room temperature for up to 45 days. Once opened, enjoy within 2 weeks.
