RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Dips ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 6 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 weeks.
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS
- If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 12–24 hours.
- Smoked Sturgeon Pâté: Ricotta (whey, pasteurized milk, pasteurized cream, distilled white vinegar, salt), cream cheese (pasteurized cultured milk, pasteurized cultured cream, sea salt), smoked sturgeon (sturgeon, brown sugar, sea salt), onions, Dijon mustard, olive oil, spices, salt, guar gum.

- Smoked Salmon Tzatziki: Greek nonfat yogurt, hot-smoked Atlantic salmon (salmon, sea salt, brown sugar), cream cheese (pasteurized milk, pasteurized cream, cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum, xanthan gum), mayonnaise (egg yolk, vegetable oil, mustard, lemon juice), pickled sweet peppers and onions (sweet peppers, onions, apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, sugar, spices), Dijon mustard, dill, lemon zest, paprika, spices.
