Receiving Instructions

• Food items ship chilled with gel packs.
• Upon receipt, store fresh fruit at room temperature or in refrigerator. Depending on variety, it will keep from 7–31 days.
• Store unopened cheese in refrigerator for up to 4 months. Once opened, wrap in parchment paper or wax paper and enjoy within 3 weeks.
• Store unopened salami in refrigerator for up to 6 months. Once opened, enjoy within 2 weeks.
• Store unopened bread at room temperature for up to 1 week. Once opened, enjoy within 3 days.
• Store unopened shortbread at room temperature for up to 3 months. Once opened, store in airtight container and enjoy within 2 weeks.
• Store unopened jam at room temperature for up to 3 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 1 month.
• Store unopened apple cider at room temperature for up to 3 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.

Serving Instructions

• Cheese is best served at room temperature. For optimal flavor and texture, remove cheese from refrigerator approx. 1 hour prior to serving.
• Leftover cheese is best wrapped in parchment paper or waxed paper. Plastic wrap is not recommended.
• Chill jam before serving.
• Chill apple cider before serving.
