Fermob’s stylish Nevado Log Holder adds form and function to your space. The efficient log holder also doubles as a side table. It is lightweight and has two handles to easily carry your logs inside. It has a shelf that you can also use during the summer season. The Nevado is engineered for the elements and UV-resistant. The firelog holder can carry around 30 small logs.

• Please take the greatest of care when unwrapping your furniture so as not to damage it in any way. Marks from knives and scissors, scratches from staples or from placing tabletops on the ground, etc., are not covered under the Fermob guarantee.
  
• Maintenance is Key to the longevity of your furniture. Clean Metal Surfaces, particularly tables, when debris builds on surfaces or just when you want to admire its beautiful color. Bird droppings, sap, leaves (organic substances) and other potentially corrosive substances should be cleaned as soon as noticed. To prevent scratches and water retention, we recommend that you do not place decorative objects or flowerpots on tables.
• To clean, use a gentle, naturally based all-purpose cleaner and a smooth cloth or sponge. Gently dust beforehand to avoid scratches due to existing rough particles. You can also ocassionally use a bit of pure mineral oil to give your Fermob a clear coat that will both brighten and provide a gentle seal of protection.

Shipping Information

These item are shipped via UPS or White Glove Delivery Service. Please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Item arrives fully assembled and in one piece by our in-home delivery with White Glove service. We'll call you in advance to schedule a delivery time, then bring the item into your home, unpack and inspect it, perform simple assembly and dispose of all packaging material. (Please note that outdoor grills are not unpacked and require owner assembly. Complete beds will be set up; headboards only will be unpacked, but not attached to existing bed frames.) With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items in your order can be delivered for a single flat rate. The exact shipping charges, are based on your shipping location and will be applied during checkout.

Oversized, very heavy items that ship unlimited flat rate will also incur a delivery surcharge. This additional charge is listed with the product price on the product detail page and also in the shopping cart.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
