For delicate salty flavor with a hint of citrus, we use Jacobsen's pure flake salt – harvested from the pristine waters of Oregon's Netarts Bay – and infuse it with bright, tangy lime. It's the perfect way to enhance classic and fruit-flavored margaritas, as well as other cocktails. Just rub a wedge of lime around the rim of your glass, then dip the glass in the salt.
