Deer Creek Bloody Mary & Cheese Gift Crate

Our Bloody Mary gift crate arrives full of big, bold flavors to savor with cocktails. We selected three handcrafted varieties of Wisconsin aged cheddar from the award-winning artisans at Deer Creek. This selection also includes a French-style dry-cured salami from Wisconsin. Pair the happy hour bites with perfectly spiced Bloody Marys, made with fresh tomato cocktail mix and aromatic dill seasoning.

• Deer Creek 1 Year Select Specialty Cheddar: Discover Wisconsin's only Grade AA cheddar, aged for one year and prized for its full, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth flavor. (6 oz.)
• Deer Creek Vat 17 World Cheddar: Bold and complex with a tangy nuttiness, this award-winning cheese is a unique blend of cheddars from around the world. (6 oz.)
• Deer Creek The Rattlesnake Cheddar: Smooth, creamy, medium-aged cheddar is infused with premium gold tequila and habanero peppers for spicy-sweet flavor and an impressively hot finish. (7 oz.)
• Underground Meats Saucisson Sec: Classic French-style dry-cured sausage (salami) is crafted in Wisconsin from pasture-raised pigs and seasoned with garlic and black pepper. (2 oz.)
• Nan's Naughty & Nice Bloody Mary Mix: Wisconsin-based Nan's makes this Bloody Mary cocktail mix from an original family recipe using fresh tomatoes. The all-natural, gluten-free blend can also boost the flavor of everything from tacos to pasta sauce. (32 oz.)
• Lesley Elizabeth Lemony Dill Seasoning & Rub: This bright, citrusy herb blend is perfect for rubbing on salmon, sprinkling on roast vegetables, stirring into risotto and enhancing Bloody Mary cocktails. (3 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Cheese ships chilled with ice/gel packs. Upon receipt, store in refrigerator. Opened cheese will keep for up to 8 days in refrigerator.
• Saucisson Sec ships fresh at ambient temperature. This does not impact the safety of the cured product. Upon receipt, immediately store in refrigerator, where it will keep for up to 3 months.

Serving Instructions

• To experience the cheese's full flavor, serve at room temperature. For optimal flavor and texture, bring cheese to room temperature for approx. 1 hour prior to serving. Leftover cheese is best re-wrapped in parchment or waxed paper. We do not recommend using plastic wrap. 
• Slice and serve Saucisson Sec at room temperature. The casing is all-natural and edible.

• Nan's Naughty & Nice Bloody Mary Mix: Tomato juice (92%; tomatoes, salt, vitamin C), sugar, salt, celery seed, garlic powder, onion powder, dehydrated peppers, spices, citric acid. 
• Lesley Elizabeth Lemony Dill Seasoning & Rub: Garlic, dillweed, salt, lemon juice powder (corn syrup solids, natural lemon flavor), shallot, onion, mustard powder, parsley, thyme.
