Use
- For outdoor use.
- Designed for use with natural gas or liquid propane.
- Connection to gas line requires installation by licensed professional.
- Electrical requirements: 120V/1A/60Hz.
- Gas requirements: 1⁄2" NPT gas connection. Minimum gas supply is 7" water column for natural gas and 11" for propane. Operating pressure at manifold is 4" water column for natural gas and 10" for propane. All units require regulated gas supply (included).
Care
- Wipe clean with soft, damp, soapy cloth. Rinse with warm water.
- To remove stubborn stains, use multipurpose nonabrasive cream cleanser and soft, damp cloth. Rinse with water.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners and cleaning tools.

Return Policy

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99 cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of any food products, which are considered final sale items.
Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Thank you for purchasing our cookware. Hestan’s Cookware is manufactured to the highest quality standards. Each piece is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the cookware.
If a Hestan cookware item is believed to be defective, you may submit your warranty request and photographs of the product using hestan.com/warranty. Hestan warrants to the original purchaser that it will replace any defective part or item which is identified and verified during the warranty period or, at Hestan’s discretion, substitute a replacement pan of similar value.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Minor scratches and discoloration do not affect the performance of Hestan cookware. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. Misuse that will void the product warranty include, but are not limited to, overheating, oven or broiler misuse, sharp metal utensil or appliance damage on nonstick product surfaces, using oven cleansers or scouring pads, cleaning neglect and dishwasher use on product lines not safe for dishwater use.
This warranty gives you specific rights as stated herein. You may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. Should you have a problem with your cookware, do not return product to the store.
