The farm is located in the date-growing mecca at the north end of the Salton Sea and boasts more than 200 trees that produce large Medjool dates, prized for their sweet caramel flavor and velvety, chewy texture. A classic addition to cheese and charcuterie boards, dessert and fruit platters, they're also delicious for anytime snacking.
