The Typhur Sous Vide Station is the world's first all-in-one sous vide machine and includes everything you need to start cooking sous vide right away. With Schedule mode, you can cook your food ahead of time so it's ready when you get home. Traditional sous vide devices achieve the desired temperature by heating the water in the container through agitation. In contrast to traditional immersion heaters, Typhur Sous Vide Station draws water from the container into the circulator tower, heats it and then returns it to the container, resulting in improved uniformity.

Cleaning Sous Vide Container
- Pour away water in Sous Vide Container.
- Wash container with nonabrasive sponge.
Cleaning Circulator Tower
- Wipe body of circulator tower with dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Gently wipe touch panel with dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth.
Cleaning Vacuum Sealer
- Pour away liquid in storage cap, if any.
- Wash storage cap with mild dish soap or place in dishwasher.
- Wipe body of vacuum sealer with dry or slightly damp cloth.
Cleaning Snap Weight
- Wash with mild soap or place in dishwasher.
Cleaning Mineral Deposits
- Acid bath must be performed when there is alert on touch panel to clean mineral deposits. Otherwise, water circulation and heating system could be damaged.
- Perform acid bath when you can see a lot of mineral deposits in sous vide container.
- Follow instructions on touch panel's "Maintenance" page, mix citric acid powder with water into 5% solution and run cleaning program.
Cleaning Vacuum Sealer
- Unplug sous vide station when not in use.
- Make sure all parts are clean and dry before storing.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99 cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of any food products, which are considered final sale items.
