Turn any grill into an outdoor smoker with our extra-large box. The lidded container features a solid tray for aromatic wood chips and a perforated tray that promotes heat circulation. Just fill the bottom tray with a single layer of the included wood chips and place the box on the grill. Brush seasoned meat, seafood or vegetables with oil, arrange on the perforated tray and place inside the box. The wood smoke will permeate the food, giving it delicious wood-fired flavor.

Use

• Ideal for use on gas and charcoal grills.
• Do not use on infrared grill or on cooktop.
• Do not use in oven, broiler, microwave or freezer.
• Soak chips for at least 15 minutes. Drain and place single layer of chips on bottom tray. Place box on outdoor grill. Preheat grill and heat until chips begin to smoke.
• Season food, brush with oil and arrange on perforated tray. Place perforated tray on bottom tray and cover with lid.
• Handles will get hot – always use oven mitts or grilling gloves when handling.

Care

• Allow trays to cool before cleaning.
• Hand-wash.
• Store wood chips in packaging after opening.
• Keep wood chips dry and away from high heat.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99 cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of any food products, which are considered final sale items.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

From the date of purchase and for the life of the product, Williams-Sonoma guarantees to replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, as well as normal wear and tear of the product. Minor imperfections, surface markings due to shipping, and slight color variations are normal. Williams- Sonoma will replace any item found to be defective in material, construction or workmanship with the most comparable current item in inventory.

Should your Williams-Sonoma cookware require replacement, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-877-812-6235 (6am – 7pm PST) 7 days a week for return procedures and a return authorization number. If Williams-Sonoma confirms a defect and approves your claim, Williams-Sonoma will elect to replace the item without charge.
